Terms & Conditions + Appointment Policies

By booking an appointment with Haus of Artistry, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined below, as well as any other policy or form provided at the time of your appointment. These policies are in place to respect our artists’ time, protect our business, and ensure every client receives the best possible experience.

Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments.

  • Deposits are deducted from the final service price, with the remaining balance payable on completion of your appointment.

  • Deposits are not transferable between clients.

  • Rescheduled deposits are valid for up to 3 months, after which they will be forfeited.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

  • Future bookings may require prepayment if there is a history of late cancellations or missed appointments

Arriving Late

  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

  • If you arrive 10 minutes late or more, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

  • In cases where we proceed with reduced time, the full service price still applies.

Preparing for Your Appointment

  • For lash extension & lash lift appointments, please arrive with freshly cleansed, makeup-free eyes. We stock Made for Lashes cleansers & require all lash extension clients to be using this as a part of their daily aftercare routine.

  • First-time clients should arrive 10 minutes early to complete consultation and consent forms.

  • Please bring glasses or contact lens cases if you wear contact lenses.

** If you’ve had your lashes done elsewhere, this is your first step with us! **
During this appointment, we’ll assess the condition of your lashes, safely remove any extensions that aren’t suitable & refill your set so it’s fresh, full, and healthy. This ensures we can give you the best result possible and set you up for future appointments with us.

Payment

We accept Cash, EFTPOS, Visa & MasterCard

  • Gift vouchers are redeemable for services or products but will be voided in the case of no-show appointments.

Children in the Salon

For the comfort and safety of all clients, and to ensure our artists can perform their work with full concentration, children under 13 cannot be left unsupervised during appointments. Please ensure you have organised care for your child(ren) before you attend your appointment. This falls under compliance with our insurance company.

Aftercare & Follow-Up

For all services, please notify us within 3 days if you have concerns/questions. After this period, responsibility falls to your at home aftercare.

  • Following your aftercare instructions is vital to protecting your investment and maintaining results.
